“Al-Manarat School aims to nurture each child in their spiritual, moral, intellectual, social, and emotional growth in light of the Quran and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)”
The heart of the Al-Manarat Islamic School experience is growing up in the lap of ‘ilm (knowledge) and ‘Amal (action). There is a keen emphasis in the formidable years of grades 1-5 on making sure that foundations of Islām and of productive learning are well established. The school puts heavy emphasis on reading and writing skills, along with mastery of the core concepts of Mathematics. It does this without compromising the most essential aspects of Islamic Orthodoxy and Orthopraxy. Students are well trained in reading the Qur`ān, being committed to their prayers, learning the rituals of Islām with insights and spiritual understanding.
